Women’s Whitewater Week

Whether you’re just starting out as a whitewater kayaker or you’re chasing your next Class IV challenge, Women’s Whitewater Week is designed to help you grow, connect, and thrive on the river. This unique eight-day experience brings together women from around the world for a week of kayaking, adventure, and community in the heart of Costa Rica’s whitewater paradise.

Our program is built around small groups, personalized coaching, and supportive progression. Beginners will learn foundational skills, river safety, and boat control in a welcoming environment, while more experienced paddlers can focus on refining technique, running more challenging rapids, and building confidence on bigger water. With multiple instructors and flexible groupings, we meet you where you are and help you take the next step in your paddling journey.

Throughout the week, you’ll paddle some of Costa Rica’s most iconic rivers, including the Pejibaye, Upper Upper Pacuare, Pacuare River, and Sarapiquí River. Along the way, you’ll enjoy a coffee farm tour, an overnight expedition on the legendary Pacuare River, jungle yoga, waterfalls, wildlife, and countless moments shared with an incredible community of women who love adventure.
