What you send us
When you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we keep the conversation so we can plan your trip with you. We only use it for that.
Booking a consultation (Calendly)
The itinerary consultation page shows Calendly’s scheduler. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email address and your answers to its questions, and passes them to us. Calendly is a separate service with its own privacy notice and its own cookie notice.
Visitor statistics (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity)
We use Google Analytics 4, through Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity to see which pages help people plan a trip. They use cookies and record things like the pages you visit, clicks and scrolling, roughly where you are, and your device and browser. Clarity can replay how a page was used, with anything you type hidden. We never send them your name, email address or phone number.
Visitors in Europe are asked first, and nothing is recorded until they agree. Google’s privacy policy and Microsoft’s privacy statement explain what they do with the data.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; the site still works without them.
