What to know before you flow

Our kayaking courses are ideal for anyone curious about the river – whether you’ve never been in a kayak before or you’re ready to sharpen your whitewater skills. You’ll start with safety basics, paddle strokes, and boat control on calm water before progressing to gentle rapids and more dynamic features.

Wear quick-dry clothing (no cotton), secure river shoes or sandals, and bring sunscreen, a towel, and a change of clothes for after your session. All gear and safety equipment are provided.
